WorkMatePro was looking for a Marketing Manager

WorkMatePro is hiring a Marketing Manager to own our marketing function end-to-end, from strategy and execution to reporting and results. You will be responsible for building our brand and driving lead generation through data-driven campaigns.

What You'll Do

  • Own the marketing function end-to-end: strategy, execution, reporting, and results
  • Lead brand development, campaign planning, and messaging aligned with business goals
  • Write clear, compelling, and on-brand copy for all channels, including website, social media, blogs, and email campaigns
  • Manage the content and blog calendar to support SEO, demand generation, and conversion goals
  • Direct and collaborate with designers, videographers, and creative partners to produce high-quality content
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital, print, and internal communications
  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
  • Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance, including cost per lead and ROI
  • Manage and update the company website using WordPress, including landing pages and content optimisations
  • Create, manage, or oversee social media content and scheduling
  • Act as the brand guardian and voice of the company across all teams

What We're Looking For

  • Expert-level copywriting experience (this is non-negotiable)
  • 5+ years in marketing roles with demonstrated success in lead generation and brand development
  • Strong hands-on experience with paid digital advertising on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
  • Strong experience with CMS platforms, specifically WordPress
  • Strong experience with SEO best practices
  • Technically confident and comfortable working inside ad accounts, analytics tools, and CMS platforms
  • A true doer—comfortable writing, publishing, testing, and optimising campaigns
  • Strong understanding of branding, positioning, and messaging
  • Excellent time and priority management across multiple initiatives

Nice to Have

  • Experience working closely with sales teams or in a revenue-focused environment
  • Experience in a small business, startup, or entrepreneurial setting
