Medtronic is looking for a Marketing Manager Neurovascular (m/w/d) for the DACH region. In this role, you will be responsible for driving therapy awareness, adoption, and market development projects. You will act as a field liaison between healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders to optimize patient pathways and implement best practices.
What You'll Do
- Coach and mentor a team of Product and Market Development Specialists, promoting cross-functional collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
- Develop and execute the DACH-wide Market Development strategy for the Neurovascular portfolio, aligning with Western European and global objectives.
- Lead the annual strategic marketing planning process, including budget allocation, resource planning, and performance tracking.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies and tactics as necessary.
- Work closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales goals, including regular co-travels and attendance of regional sales meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales management, customer care, health economics, finance, field sales force, training and education, sales excellence, and legal/compliance.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a similar science.
- 7+ years of experience in HCP engagement, marketing, or business transformation within med tech or a related industry.
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time within the DACH region and internationally.
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
- Proven experience in leading organizational change or team transformation in a regional or multi-country setup.
- Excellent leadership and team development skills.
- Strategic mindset with a track record of successful execution of product marketing and/or market development initiatives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in French and/or Italian is a plus.
