Sentara Health is hiring a Customer Service Representative I to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for researching and resolving telephone inquiries from members and patients, helping to advance our mission to improve health every day.
What You'll Do
- Handle incoming telephone inquiries from members or patients.
- Research and resolve issues related to member eligibility, plan prescription benefits, and claim payment issues.
- Research and resolve patient services needs such as updating billing information, establishing payment plans, resolving payment inquiries, or patient scheduling.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 years of customer service experience

- Previous data entry experience
