Kohl’s is looking for a PBM Regional Sales Lead to provide expert pharmacy content and professional leadership to sell integrated PBM programs through the Cigna Healthcare 0500 Segment. You will develop and implement sales strategies to achieve objectives, advise functional leaders on pharmacy value, and work with internal sales and client managers to execute strategy.
What You'll Do
- Meet or exceed annual territory sales goals by working with Cigna Healthcare Sales channel partners.
- Communicate Cigna's value proposition effectively and provide consultative subject matter expertise.
- Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of each sales prospect's needs, goals, objectives, buying influences, and decision-making processes.
- Record and manage all sales activities in designated SharePoint sites.
- Create and present territory-specific internal strategy documents.
- Lead pharmacy-related internal and external sales meetings.
- Own the request-for-proposal (RFP) analysis and management to ensure best practices.
- Represent Cigna Pharmacy Management at finalist meetings and in the market.
- Remain current on PBM industry trends and competitive knowledge.
- Maintain positive working relationships with internal Cigna departments and team members.
- Identify with client managers on pursuing vetted medical-only clients to move to an integrated program.
- Partner with brokers, TPAs, employer groups, benefit consultants, and state and federal government entities on plan benefits.
- Hold monthly strategic meetings with client managers on pharmacy best practices.
- Work with the implementation team to ensure a smooth client transition.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in the PBM sector, including product and pricing knowledge.
- Must be located in the NY/NJ area.
- Sales or direct client management experience.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills.
- Well-developed relationship management abilities.
- Excellent presentation skills to sell value and competency both internally and externally.
- Strong work ethic and competitive spirit with determination to push hard on winnable opportunities.
- Ability to develop productive relationships with both internal stakeholders and key producers.
- Internal motivation to be successful.

- Salary range: $97,500 - $162,500 depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
