Brightree by ResMed is looking for a Patient Success Representative to join our team. In this full-time remote role, you'll serve as a primary contact for patients needing resupply of existing medical equipment, managing inbound and outbound follow-up calls, emails, and chat support to place orders and answer inquiries.
What You'll Do
- Manage inbound and outbound phone calls, respond to follow-up emails, and engage in chat support.
- Serve as the primary contact for order placements and general inquiries.
- Complete tasks accurately and within established timelines.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues effectively.
- Proactively monitor key performance indicators to meet departmental goals.
- Achieve quality assurance standards and maintain service levels.
- Adhere to scheduled commitments and departmental procedures.
- Engage in phone-based communication daily on a set schedule with minimal flexibility.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Effectively multitask and manage multiple accounts or clients.
- Make twenty to twenty-five calls per hour.
What We're Looking For
- High school education required.
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- 1 year of sales experience.
- Access to a remote working environment with a hard-wired ethernet connection meeting 20 Mbps upload and 30 Mbps download speed.
- Must be a self-starter who can troubleshoot challenges on the fly.
- Strong communication skills on the telephone.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
Nice to Have
- Associates Degree and/or college coursework.
- Call center experience.
- Bilingual Spanish speaking.
