Jobgether is hiring an Implementation Specialist to guide healthcare organizations through the successful adoption of our procure-to-pay software solutions. In this remote US role, you will manage the full implementation lifecycle, from initial onboarding and data collection to configuration, training, and technical go-live support.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end implementation process, including onboarding, software configuration, training, and technical go-live support.
- Apply project management principles to ensure implementations are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet customer expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, fostering trust, alignment, and collaboration across all levels.
- Identify and resolve potential barriers to project success, leveraging creative problem-solving and best practices.
- Translate customer needs and feedback to the Product Development team, ensuring alignment between feature requests and system capabilities.
- Continuously enhance internal processes and the customer experience through observation, feedback, and proactive improvements.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of the software platform and serve as a resource for clients and internal teams.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in healthcare, technology, or software implementations.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage projects without direct authority.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- High attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through on deliverables.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment; calm under pressure.
- Technology-savvy, proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel), and quick to learn new systems.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for operational excellence and problem resolution.
Nice to Have
- Healthcare, purchasing, or supply chain experience.
- Clinical experience a plus.
