Jobgether is looking for a Solutions Architect focused on ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM). In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize solutions using ServiceNow’s SAM and HAM modules, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions for software and hardware asset lifecycle management.
What You'll Do
- Architect end-to-end ITAM solutions using ServiceNow SAM and HAM modules, aligning with business objectives.
- Design, configure, and implement workflows, data structures, reports, and dashboards to support ITAM processes.
- Collaborate with developers, administrators, and IT teams to integrate ITAM solutions across systems.
- Conduct assessments of current ITAM processes, recommending improvements for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and knowledge sharing for IT teams and end-users.
- Monitor solution performance, generate reports, and analyze metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Engage with vendors and software publishers to optimize license utilization, compliance, and cost management.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work/military experience.
- Proven experience as an IT Solutions Architect, with a focus on ITAM and ServiceNow SAM/HAM implementation.
- Strong understanding of software and hardware asset lifecycles, licensing models, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and customization related to SAM/HAM modules.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
- Project management skills to drive ITAM initiatives and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and up-to-date with ITAM trends and technologies.
Nice to Have
- ServiceNow certifications for SAM and HAM preferred.
- ITIL or other relevant certifications highly desirable.
