Mercier Consultancy is looking for a dedicated professional to provide remote customer support and guidance from Greece. In this role, you will engage with clients, handle inquiries, and collaborate with a team to maintain high standards of service.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers and clients through various communication channels, providing exceptional support and guidance tailored to their needs.
- Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the company’s high standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to foster a cohesive team environment and share best practices.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system and maintain organized documentation.
- Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and industry trends to better assist clients and drive solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other standard office software.
- A proactive, positive attitude and a strong desire to provide top-tier service to clients.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while being a collaborative team player.
Nice to Have
- Fluency in Dutch, Greek, or other relevant languages.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles.
- English proficiency.
