About the Role

Race Communications is looking for a Inside Sales Representative to be instrumental in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. You'll proactively engage potential customers via phone, web, email, and selling tools, create meaningful connections, and convey the value of our products to support our mission to bridge the digital divide.

What You'll Do

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads, outbound call campaigns, emails, messaging, and in-person events.
  • Research accounts, identify potential sales opportunities, and generate interest.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Identify, assess, and understand customer needs and requirements to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Gain and retain extensive product knowledge and a detailed comprehension of customer requirements.
  • Manage creation and presentation of quotations for opportunities as they are identified.
  • Generate new business and promote growth of existing accounts.
  • Provide accurate information when using CRM and other software.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, processes customer accounts, and files documents.
  • Handle inbound calls and provide product and service information.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide solutions, coordinate with departments, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Follow sales team procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
  • Participate in outbound call campaigns and attend outside sales events (travel required).

What We're Looking For

  • Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship.
  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in sales, outside sales, or a related field, with equivalent work experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce and HubSpot).
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quota.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension.
  • Proficient use of MS Office applications including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; teleconferencing applications.
  • Functional use of common office equipment, computers, and office software.

Nice to Have

  • Proficiency in Spanish Language.

  • Compensation: $19 to $21 USD per hour.
