The Penn State Smeal College of Business is hiring a Part-Time Teaching Support Specialist to play a key role in delivering our online master's and graduate certificate programs. You will support professional students by applying contemporary business concepts and ensuring a high-quality learning experience.
What You'll Do
- Assist the lead instructor with providing feedback and grading.
- Facilitate and guide discussion board conversations.
- Moderate live online sessions and student interactions.
- Contribute to course innovation and improvement initiatives.
- Assist students with technical issues and course content questions upon request.
What We're Looking For
- A Master's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated competency in applying principles and practices essential to modern business.
Nice to Have
- Individuals who have completed a Penn State online master’s or graduate certificate or similar graduate-level education.
Team & Environment
You will work directly to assist the lead instructor in delivering online courses.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position. Candidates must be located within the United States.
