About the Role

GHGSat is hiring a Marketing Manager to serve as the strategic driver for its Industry, Government & Partners segment. In this role, you will build awareness and generate leads by bringing our vision and value proposition to companies focused on monitoring and reducing emissions. You will play a significant part in supporting the organization's ambitious growth goals by working closely with the I&G and Partnerships teams.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies to support sales targets.
  • Utilize marketing channels like digital advertising, email campaigns, social media, and content marketing to generate high-quality leads.
  • Identify new lead generation opportunities across the funnel, such as sponsorships, trade associations, and ABM campaigns.
  • Support Partnerships team marketing activities to drive partner lead generation.
  • Identify and collaborate with sales on trade shows and events, prioritizing based on awareness, lead generation, and ROI.
  • Work with the Events Manager to ensure flawless event execution.
  • Explore other event types like webinars, roundtables, and VIP events to generate meetings and opportunities.
  • Proactively identify sales enablement tools and resources to help increase meetings, conversions, and closings.
  • Work with PR to identify thought leadership content for brand awareness.
  • Lead development of a library of customer stories, case studies, and white papers.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to ensure messaging and value propositions align with sales and product team needs.
  • Chip in and help out as part of a lean marketing team.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience of 3-5 years in a marketing manager role with a focus on lead generation, event management, and content creation.
  • Sound understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
  • High organizational skills, detail orientation, and the capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong balance between creative thinking with a strategic mindset and flawless execution.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with landfill operators, financial services, government, or partners.
  • Email Marketing, Website Content, and Branding experience.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

You will join a strong marketing team, reporting to the Director of Marketing, and will work closely with the I&G and Partnerships teams.
