Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, is hiring a Marketing Manager for Immunology. You will lead the brand marketing team, reporting directly to the Business Unit Manager, to drive business growth and support the product pipeline. This role is accountable for the brand's P&L, developing strategy, and maximizing sales and margin revenue.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop brand marketers as a people leader to maximize business results.
- Hold accountability for the allocated Brand P&L and financial planning, including the Financial Plan and Long-Range Plan.
- Drive the development of Brand strategy within the formal Brand planning process.
- Maximize brand sales and margin revenue through effective management and execution of the Brand Plan.
- Set the future strategic direction for existing products, new products, and business opportunities.
- Support product market expansion by developing and implementing innovative commercial programs.
- Develop a thorough view on Brand issues, competitive positioning, customer segments, and market development.
- Create effective Brand and commercial strategies with specific timelines, budgets, and stakeholder responsibilities.
- Translate strategy into implementation tactics and clearly communicate and allocate responsibilities to cross-functional and in-field teams.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicator results and feedback to propose adjustments to strategic plans and tactics.
- Maintain and develop in-depth customer insight to anticipate stakeholder needs.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with more than 10 years of Marketing, Sales, and/or Commercial experience within pharmaceutical companies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including effective presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate objectives and results clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally to achieve business results.
- Must be result-oriented, detail-oriented, accurate, prompt, and able to meet deadlines.
- Effective financial, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to be a fast learner, creative, flexible, with strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to work effectively in teams.
- Knowledge of regulations, compliance, and legal standards impacting pharmaceutical brand management.
- A tradition of success in utilizing selling skills, high-level negotiating skills, and leadership competencies in a commercial environment.

You will report directly to the Business Unit Manager (BUM), leading the brand marketing team to support business growth.
