Leadeffect GmbH is hiring a Marketing Manager im B2B Online-Marketing to take full ownership of planning, steering, and optimizing customer campaigns across multiple channels. This 100% remote role is data-driven, strategic, and performance-oriented.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute channel-level strategies for clients.
- Execute E-Mail Outreach: design emails and sequences using Apollo or similar tools.
- Perform technical email setup to increase delivery rates.
- Filter and personalize contacts using AI tools.
- Evaluate and optimize email sequences.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns: conduct keyword analyses, plan, set up, optimize, and evaluate campaigns.
- Write ad copies and create performance reports.
- Implement conversion tracking with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
- Create tracking concepts for websites and generate Analytics reports.
- Conceptually optimize user funnels and conversions, analyzing user behavior.
- Perform conversion optimization of landing pages and websites, creating landing page drafts.
- Further develop marketing channels and identify new trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with a Project Manager.
- Create reports, analyses, and documentation, and provide customer support.
- Occasionally participate in customer meetings.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in online marketing.
- Knowledge of digital tools and platforms, and a high IT affinity.
- A proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn and quick comprehension.
- Openness, sociability, and strong communication skills.
- A reliable and detail-oriented work style.
- German language proficiency: preferably C1 level; if B2, we will pay for a course if you are willing to learn further.
- English Business Level proficiency.
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the IT sector.
- Google Ads experience, with solid knowledge in keyword research and campaign optimization.
- Experience with email copywriting using Apollo or similar tools.
