Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the Czech Republic and Slovakia. This role is responsible for end-to-end local marketing, spanning digital campaigns, events, strategic partnerships, CRM, SEO, ASO, and user lifecycle initiatives to drive both acquisition and long-term retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement integrated online and offline marketing campaigns aligned with regional objectives
- Build and manage relationships with local influencers, KOLs, and community advocates to strengthen brand presence
- Oversee social media engagement and community-building efforts, including coordination with local brand ambassadors
- Drive hyper-localization of content across blogs, announcements, and customer communications to support cultural relevance
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring strong ROI and performance accountability
- Deliver clear, data-driven reports on campaign outcomes and audience engagement
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience with demonstrated success in campaign management, partnerships, or community and lifecycle marketing
- Native proficiency in Czech and Slovak languages required
- Strong analytical capabilities with a track record of turning insights into effective marketing actions
- Experience in fintech, Web3, or a fast-paced agency environment is a strong advantage
