Marketing Manager (Full-Time | Remote) About the Role We are seeking a Marketing Manager to enhance our dynamic marketing division. This leadership opportunity targets an individual capable of championing our brand, developing our organic visibility from scratch, and guiding an expanding marketing team. You'll collaborate directly with the CEO, who oversees marketing, to implement diverse initiatives including brand introductions and affiliate marketing channel expansion. This position demands a proven leader who can function as a strategic project coordinator, provide team support when required, and take complete responsibility for our brand's public representation. Core Responsibilities Brand Control & Management - Supervise all brand-related output: Serve as the ultimate quality checkpoint ensuring marketing materials align with strategic goals and maintain high standards. - Establish brand communication: Create and preserve consistent brand voice across all communication platforms, including advertisements and customer interactions. Organic Growth & New Brand Launches - Implement organic strategies for T1D and MACH-10: Design and execute social media strategies for primary service brand and emerging product line. - Develop content infrastructure: Collaborate with video production and field teams to generate continuous, high-quality, brand-consistent content. Affiliate Marketing & Revenue Generation - Construct affiliate marketing infrastructure: Develop comprehensive affiliate program for MACH-10, including recruitment, onboarding, promotional material creation, and performance tracking. Team Leadership & Project Management - Coordinate marketing personnel: Function as team project manager, delegating tasks, establishing timelines, and ensuring project progression. - Provide flexible support: Ready to engage directly in team execution when necessary. - Facilitate team expansion: Responsible for recruitment, training, and mentorship of incoming marketing team members.
