Remote Recruitment is seeking a Marketing Manager - B2B & International Campaigns to lead marketing initiatives for a UK-based client. You will collaborate closely with global teams to develop and execute results-driven strategies that elevate brand presence and support client acquisition.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies that support lead generation and client acquisition.
- Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, digital ads, and content.
- Oversee content creation and messaging to align with international brand standards.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support conversion goals.
- Analyze marketing metrics and campaign performance, delivering reports with actionable insights.
- Manage marketing calendars, project timelines, and budget allocations.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform campaign direction.
- Coordinate with UK-based stakeholders to align on priorities and execution.
What We're Looking For
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on B2B or international clients.
- Proven ability to run end-to-end marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely.
- Access to a laptop and a reliable internet connection.
