Arine is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, thought leadership, customer engagement, and business growth. In this role, you will craft compelling messaging, optimize marketing campaigns, and position Arine as a leader in medication intelligence.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns and events that align with business objectives and drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Manage content strategy, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars and social media, to reinforce Arine’s brand voice and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and optimize the customer journey.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and leverage insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure Arine remains an innovator in the space.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years experience in marketing.
- Strong understanding of demand generation and content marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a passion for brand building.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment that values innovation and adaptability.
- Deep, applied knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem in the U.S.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills with an eye for detail.
- Independent problem solver with strong analytic abilities.
- Self starter with success working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Natural tendency to be curious and creative.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States.
Nice to Have
- Ideally a blend of experiences across marketing and clinical pharmacy applications.
- Understanding or direct experience with AI/Machine Learning concepts and applications.
- Experience with startups.

- Compensation range: $95,000-130,000/year.
