Eleven Eleven is hiring a Marketing Manager to own the execution and performance of all performance and brand marketing campaigns. You will manage a six-figure monthly budget and be directly responsible for the results of those campaigns.
What You'll Do
- Own the brand voice and brand messaging across all channels ensuring consistency across campaigns, launches, website, email, social, PR, in-person moments, and community touch points.
- Make sure every digital and in-person interaction feels intentional, connected, and clearly part of the same brand story.
- Use performance data, cohort insights, and testing to guide decisions, improve the full customer journey, and influence product, merchandising, and promo direction.
- Own and manage a six-figure per month marketing budget across various paid channels.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ad campaigns.
- Plan, execute, and optimize TikTok ad campaigns.
- Execute and optimize email marketing campaigns.
- Execute and optimize SMS campaigns.
- Partner with the Content Manager to define and request creative needed for campaigns.
- Manage campaign calendars, launches, and post-launch analysis.
- Track performance, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and channel efficiency.
- Make budget allocation decisions based on performance.
- Collaborate with leadership on growth strategy and revenue targets.

- Must be based in Nashville, TN or willing to relocate.
