This position is 75% tactical implementation, 25% strategic planning, concentrating on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), ensuring campaign alignment with client goals, generating quantifiable outcomes, and driving lead acquisition and conversions. Key Responsibilities Paid Advertising Strategy & Implementation - Construct and implement paid ad approaches on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook / Instagram) customized to client requirements and industry benchmarks. - Persistently enhance ad campaigns to improve investment returns through performance evaluation and strategic modifications. - Generate high-quality leads and conversions via high-impact paid ad initiatives. - Administer campaigns with budgets spanning $5K to $100K monthly. Reporting & Analysis - Produce comprehensive performance documentation covering critical metrics like CTR, CPC, and conversion percentages. - Leverage data insights to polish and advance campaign strategies for continuous enhancement. - Communicate results and actionable insights to clients. Collaboration & Client Communication - Collaborate with broader marketing team to ensure paid ad initiatives synchronize with comprehensive marketing objectives and brand communication. - Interact directly with clients to comprehend their goals and transform them into influential ad strategies. Qualifications Experience - 3+ years managing PPC and paid social ad campaigns, preferably within B2B domains. - Demonstrated success managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. - Proven experience interfacing directly with clients, providing updates and performance insights. - Local marketing background considered essential. - Conversion rate optimization experience is advantageous. - PPC experience in service-based sectors (pest control, home services) preferred.
