Ema is hiring a Marketing Lead to be the driving force behind our analyst and influencer marketing strategy. You will elevate Ema’s visibility in the enterprise tech landscape and build a scalable content engine in partnership with our advisor network.
What You'll Do
- Lead analyst relations strategy to secure Ema's inclusion in top-tier reports from firms like Gartner, IDC, and HFS.
- Build and manage relationships with key influencers and consulting firms, including BCG, McKinsey, and PwC.
- Partner with our advisor network to create and distribute high-impact thought leadership.
- Drive placements in top publications such as Harvard Business Review.
- Develop a scalable, repeatable advisor-led content model.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with measurable pipeline and revenue goals.
- Track and report on the measurable impact of analyst and influencer marketing initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience.
- Proven success in influencer, analyst, partner, or field marketing with measurable pipeline impact.
- Deep understanding of the enterprise tech and services ecosystem—including advisory firms, GSIs, and analysts.
- Track record of managing executive stakeholders and complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in shaping narratives and thought leadership.
- Comfortable operating in high-velocity, ambiguous environments; you thrive on building from 0→1.
Nice to Have
- Experience ideally in high-growth SaaS or AI-driven startups.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid role. Preferred locations are Silicon Valley or Bangalore, India.
