Requirements
- 5+ years of professional marketing experience, with a demonstrable focus on sales strategy and revenue-driven marketing.
- Experience in the hospitality, catering, events, or food & beverage industry.
- Based in Austin, TX (or willing to relocate)—local presence is essential for event attendance and content capture.
- Proven track record of managing marketing budgets and reporting on KPIs.
- Experience leading or coordinating a multi-disciplinary marketing team.
- Strong understanding of the full digital marketing funnel, including paid media, social, email, and SEO.
- Hands-on content creation skills: comfortable shooting photos and video at live events.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing marketing across multiple brands or business units simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Google Ads and paid media strategy.
- Background in social media management for executive or personal brands.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus given the team’s composition.
- Existing network in the Austin hospitality and events scene.
