Farmers Insurance is hiring a Marketing Lead to shape the marketing strategy for Farmers Financial Solutions. In this role, you will create compelling content and manage key projects that drive business objectives and strengthen relationships with agents and customers across the enterprise.
What You'll Do
- Create, develop, and execute marketing content for agent and client-facing collateral in both print and digital formats.
- Develop and execute digital marketing content for financial products on farmers.com and agent websites.
- Work with creative vendors and enterprise marketing to develop the image and voice of Farmers Financial Solutions.
- Launch and manage Farmers Financial Solutions products and services, including all product collateral and communications for registered representatives and customers.
- Develop prospecting, point-of-sale, educational, and agent support materials for product launches and ongoing business initiatives.
- Work with product providers and enterprise marketing, training, finance, compliance, legal, and outside consultants to develop education materials and sales brochures.
- Manage high-impact projects, including strategy, task identification, dependencies, deadlines, costs, and on-time execution.
- Collaborate across the enterprise to drive business objectives and lead high-performing cross-functional teams.
- Work with the FFS Communications and Marketing Manager, Corporate Communications, Corporate Creative Shop, University of Farmers, Agency News and Resources team, and outside vendors to develop and manage marketing, education, and communications plans.
- Work with Training to ensure appropriate agent understanding of products, processes, and compliance.
- Educate agents and employees about new sales or digital tools available to agents and consumers.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three years of marketing or project management experience in financial services.
- FINRA Series 6 or 7, 63 or 65/66, and 26 required within 90 days of hire.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing, communications, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
