WATI.io is looking for a Marketing Intern to support our global marketing operations. This is a generalist role designed for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and capable of working independently. You'll assist every vertical—including SEO, Content, Performance, Lifecycle, and Brand—acting as the operational backbone of the team.
What You'll Do
- Assist in compiling weekly and monthly marketing reports by pulling data from multiple sources, cleaning data in Excel/Sheets, and updating performance dashboards for the leadership team.
- Conduct competitor analysis and research new market trends to support strategy for regional expansion.
- Schedule daily posts across our social media platforms.
- Monitor brand mentions and engage with our community to ensure responsiveness.
- Support email marketing campaigns by helping with list management, setting up test sends in HubSpot, and monitoring email deliverability.
- Assist the Marketing Lead with administrative tasks, deck preparation, and coordination between internal stakeholders to keep projects on track.
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets.
- A fast learner who can switch context quickly, moving from an SEO spreadsheet to a creative design task without losing focus.
- Comfortable learning new software quickly.
- Self-motivated and solution-oriented, able to take a broad instruction and figure out the execution details independently.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs are a plus).
- Experience with tools like Canva, Excel/Google Sheets, or AI tools (ChatGPT).
- Familiarity with HubSpot or Google Analytics.
