Responsibilities
- Help organize and implement business-to-business events such as roundtable discussions, networking gatherings, and industry-specific functions.
- Support logistical planning for events, including identifying suitable venues and coordinating with service providers.
- Handle event registration processes, maintain guest lists, and communicate with attendees.
- Deliver on-site assistance to ensure seamless event operations.
- Monitor participant attendance and support follow-up activities after events.
- Contribute to event-focused marketing efforts, such as email outreach and internal team coordination.
- Aid in developing promotional content like presentation slides, email copy, and basic visual materials.
- Maintain organized records for events, marketing initiatives, and performance data.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships departments to support joint projects.
- Liaise with third-party vendors and external partners to meet project timelines.
- Assist in generating basic reports and tracking outcomes for events and campaigns.
