The Marketing & Events Coordinator plays a key role in advancing brand visibility and engagement through coordinated marketing efforts and impactful events. Working across departments, you’ll help execute campaigns, manage event logistics, and deliver content that connects with audiences and supports business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and schedule digital content for email, social media, and promotional campaigns, ensuring timely and consistent delivery.
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials to internal teams and external partners, supporting alignment across regions and functions.
- Maintain accurate mailing lists for digital and direct mail outreach, ensuring data integrity and campaign effectiveness.
- Organize lead collection after events and campaigns, facilitating prompt follow-up by sales teams.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and assist in reporting to guide future strategies.
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for tradeshows, educational programs, and customer events, including registration, shipping, and on-site support.
- Manage event timelines, vendor communications, and contractual details in collaboration with the Marketing & Events Manager.
- Research new event and sponsorship opportunities to expand market reach and brand recognition.
- Partner with sales teams to ensure event readiness, including display materials, product samples, and promotional tools.
- Support global marketing initiatives by collaborating with internal teams on web content, campaign execution, and digital asset management.
- Keep marketing databases, files, and digital resources organized and accessible to maintain brand consistency.
- Assist in day-to-day marketing operations, including project tracking and cross-departmental coordination.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone with strong communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering high-quality work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube platforms.
- Demonstrated organizational and project management abilities.
- A self-starter who takes initiative and ownership of tasks.
- Passion for learning and professional growth.
Preferred candidates will have 1–2 years of experience in marketing or a related field. A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a similar discipline is advantageous but not mandatory. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.
