Door Controls USA is seeking a Marketing Director to lead and execute a unified marketing strategy across two distinct brands: the manufacturing-focused B2B business (DCU) and the eCommerce/digital-first business (Automatic Door Store). This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on leader who will build clear plans, establish disciplined execution, and deliver measurable improvement in qualified demand and revenue contribution.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage quarterly and annual marketing plans for DCU and ADS with clear priorities, timelines, and outcomes.
- Define KPIs, establish baselines, and deliver consistent reporting to leadership.
- Translate business goals into focused marketing initiatives; communicate tradeoffs and resource needs clearly.
- Lead channel strategy and execution across email, paid media, organic search, content, social, and events/trade shows.
- Improve funnel performance from awareness to conversion and repeat purchase.
- Optimize for profitability and efficiency using CPA/CAC, ROAS, and margin-aware targets where possible.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience building and executing integrated marketing plans for distinct business models (B2B and eCommerce).
- A track record of owning performance, reporting, and budget allocation for marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience defining KPIs and measuring channel ROI.
- Expertise in managing multiple marketing channels including email, paid media, SEO, social, and events.
- Demonstrated ability to align cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Leadership.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on, results-driven approach to execution.
Team & Environment
This role reports directly to Executive Leadership and is responsible for aligning marketing efforts across the two brands.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position located in Ben Wheeler, TX.
