Jobgether is looking for a Marketing Designer to play a key role in shaping and communicating our brand identity across digital channels and marketing initiatives. You will partner closely with the marketing team to design compelling visual assets that align with strategy and resonate with a global audience.

What You'll Do

Take ownership of marketing design, ensuring all deliverables align with brand guidelines and marketing strategy.
Design engaging visuals for digital campaigns, events, website content, and social media.
Develop and evolve brand identity, standards, and design systems to ensure consistency and impact.
Collaborate with marketing stakeholders, including operations, product marketing, and demand generation teams.
Present design concepts clearly, incorporate feedback, and refine outputs based on analytics and audience insights.
Contribute to website design, building new components and maintaining a cohesive user experience.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional design experience in an agency or in-house creative team.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design work across different mediums.
Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, open to feedback, and committed to team success.
High level of proficiency in written and spoken English.

Nice to Have

Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, motion graphics, and Webflow.
