Serbyte IT is looking for a Graphic Content & Creative Operations Specialist to ensure our brand, Funzy, always has the right content at the right time. You will coordinate content production, plan and organize shoots, and manage assets for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and ongoing brand communication.

What You'll Do

Ensure timely availability of appropriate assets for all marketing measures.
Create and maintain a content production calendar.
Prioritize content needs based on impact and launch schedule.
Organize and conduct photo and video shoots.
Create mood boards and shooting briefings.
Select and book photographers, videographers, models, or locations.
Ensure all productions are brand-compliant.
Create photos and videos using AI tools at a high-quality level.
Manage and organize the content library.
Handle buy-out management and clarify usage rights.
Regularly update website images and videos.
Ensure high-quality content can be used long-term and repurposed.
Coordinate closely with Design, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, UGC, and Performance Marketing.
Ensure all departments have access to needed assets.
Coordinate content approval processes.

What We're Looking For

2+ years experience in content production, project management, or creative operations.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Experience working with creative service providers.
Basic understanding of branding, design principles, and marketing needs.
Proficient use of common tools like Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, and Dropbox/Drive.
Experience with image creation AI tools and creation of high-quality photos and videos.
High attention to detail and quality standards.
Proactive, solution-oriented work approach.
Enjoy working with creative and marketing teams.
Resilient during peak phases.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

Experience in e-commerce or DTC sector.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Experience with Shopify.
Photography or videography skills.
