Serbyte IT is seeking a Graphic Design Intern for a three-month unpaid internship to gain real-world experience in branding, website design, and social media design. You'll work under mentorship from an experienced designer, dedicating 6-10 flexible hours per week to building your portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Assist in developing brand and web design concepts.
- Create mockups, layouts, and design assets for social platforms.
- Shadow real client projects and participate in creative reviews.
- Collaborate asynchronously with the team via tools like Slack, Figma, and Notion.
What We're Looking For
- Current design student or recent graduate in graphic, digital, communication, UI, or UX design.
- A good eye for layout, typography, and colour.
- Eagerness to learn, openness to feedback, and reliability.
- Must be located in South Africa.

- Adobe Creative Suite (optional)
Team & Environment
You'll join a small team of 1-10 employees and work directly under the mentorship of an experienced designer. We believe great design is quiet confidence: no fluff, just clarity, presence, and purpose.
