Crux is looking for a Senior Product Designer to make the experience of negotiating, underwriting, and closing transactions efficient, intelligent, and seamless. You will work in close collaboration with our experienced engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to develop that vision and bring it to life.

What You'll Do

Own the core user experience for either drafting contracts or underwriting transactions on the Crux platform.
Work directly with product management, customers, partners, and customer-facing teams to eliminate friction and continuously improve the process.
Iterate quickly with stakeholders to improve features already in market.
Partner with engineering and product to drive feature implementation.
Deeply understand our customers, their projects, market environment, and workflows to build purpose-built features.
Leverage our industry-leading data to guide UX decisions and weave it throughout the product.
Actively participate in company-building to improve Crux for our customers and our team.

What We're Looking For

5-8 years of experience in UX design.
High ownership and a track record of solving customer problems.
Experience building features that leverage LLMs, with strong opinions on their deployment, limitations, and user communication.

Nice to Have

Experience in B2B software, complex industries that interact with the built world, or operationally-intensive businesses.
