Restream is looking for a Principal Product Designer to define and drive the design vision for our platform used by creators worldwide. You will play a central role in elevating the user experience and leading strategic design initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end design process for major product initiatives
- Establish and evangelize design principles and a cohesive product vision
- Drive design strategy through research, prototyping, and user testing
- Mentor and elevate the craft of other designers on the team
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and leadership to align on roadmap and execution
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of product design experience with a focus on complex digital products
- A proven track record of leading design vision and strategy for a product or platform
- Expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design systems
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-impact work from concept to shipped product
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
