Every is hiring a Werkstudent:in Social Media & Content Creation (m/w/d) to support our neurodiversity-focused startup. You'll help build our brand by creating authentic content and leading genuine conversations, positioning neurodiversity as a strength in the tech and innovation space.

What You'll Do

• Develop and publish authentic LinkedIn content three times per week, focusing on real stories.
• Create blog articles from internal tech projects and future client success stories.
• Visually prepare case studies and explain the company's foundational method.
• Manage and lead real conversations in our community on LinkedIn and Twitter/X.
• Maintain a content calendar and analyze content performance.
• Build and maintain a newsletter for our B2B target audience.
• Optionally produce video content for social media.
• Collaborate with the founder for authentic storytelling.

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled as a student, with a flexible field of study—lateral thinkers are welcome.
• A strong desire to create meaningful change.
• Availability for 15-20 hours per week.
• Good understanding of marketing and social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
• Strong written German skills.
• Genuine enjoyment of creativity, writing, and storytelling.
• Interest in tech, startups, and innovation.

Nice to Have

• Neurodivergent traits (e.g., ADHD, autism) are explicitly desired and encouraged.
• Experience with content creation, private or professional.
• Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Figma.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
