LaunchDarkly is looking for a Marketing Designer to join our distributed creative team. You will support promotional campaign development, marketing web content, and creative asset production, collaborating closely with senior designers and marketers to execute integrated campaigns and ensure visual brand consistency.
What You'll Do
- Support promotional campaign development, collaborating with senior designers and marketers to execute components of integrated campaigns.
- Contribute to marketing web content, assisting in implementing web design layouts based on guidance from senior designers.
- Produce creative assets, delivering visually engaging materials under direction and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Support visual design for technical topics, assisted by senior team members and creative briefs.
- Manage assigned tasks across multiple projects, handling multiple design tasks within set timelines and escalating risks as needed.
- Coordinate with marketing stakeholders, working with cross-functional teams to align creative deliverables with campaign requirements.
- Collaborate with the design team, sharing work-in-progress for feedback to refine deliverables and contribute to a cohesive visual brand.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of working as part of design teams at creative agencies or in-house.
- Strong illustrative skills.
- Strong portfolio with examples of campaigns, branding, design systems and web asset creation.
- Master level Figma skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and defend your design decisions.
- Ability to understand business goals, product roadmaps and user insights to translate into clear design priorities.
- Ability to uphold responsiveness and collaboration in a remote environment. You are an organized self starter with strong communication skills.

- Prior experience working in the technology industry.
- You enjoy learning about new technologies and are able to collaborate with Product Marketers, Product Managers and Engineers.

- Zone 1 (San Francisco/Bay Area or NYC Metropolitan Area, Boston, Seattle): $108,800 - $149,600
- Zone 2 (Irvine, LA, Monterey, Santa Barbara, Santa Rosa, Austin, Portland, Philadelphia, Chicago): $97,900 - $134,640
- Zone 3 (All other US locations): $92,500 - $127,160
