What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that generate consistent, high-quality leads
- Optimize performance across digital channels including paid ads, email, SEO, and social media
- Build and refine landing pages and website content to improve conversion rates
- Set up and manage marketing automation workflows using tools like n8n and Zapier
- Integrate CRM systems such as GoHighLevel or ActiveCampaign to streamline client follow-ups
- Use AI-powered tools to enhance content creation, campaign targeting, and operational efficiency
- Ensure data accuracy and segmentation within the client database to support personalized outreach
- Create targeted campaigns that nurture prospects and strengthen long-term client relationships
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, focusing on conversion metrics and ROI
- Support brand consistency across all digital platforms and customer touchpoints
- Produce engaging content including blog posts, newsletters, videos, and social media updates
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with business growth objectives
- Identify new opportunities to expand market reach and improve campaign effectiveness
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in financial services or real estate
- Proven track record in lead generation, funnel optimization, and campaign management
- Experience building websites or landing pages using WordPress or similar platforms
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms like n8n or Zapier
- Familiarity with CRM systems including GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, or equivalent
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (e.g., AIOSEO), and Google Analytics
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and project management abilities
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results in a fast-moving environment
- Reliable availability during AU business hours (9 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday)
- Must be responsive and able to join meetings with short notice when needed
Preferred Skills
- Basic design capabilities using Canva or Adobe tools
Work Environment
This is a 100% remote contractor role. You’ll have flexibility in managing your schedule, but must be available during Australian business hours for collaboration and meetings. You’ll work directly with the business owner, operating as an independent contractor with no intermediaries.
Compensation
Monthly payment range: $1,750 – $2,250 AUD. This is a contractor position with no equity or additional benefits.
