HireHawk is hiring a Marketing Coordinator responsible for managing the ad creative production pipeline for a wellness CPG brand. You will oversee creative production from concept to handoff, manage vendor and creator relationships, and deliver performance reports.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the ad creative production pipeline, from concept to media buyer handoff.
- Track production details across vendors, freelancers, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Conduct meticulous quality control on all creative assets, flagging compliance or brand guideline issues.
- Maintain organized, accessible repositories for creative assets and affiliate documentation.
- Manage creator relationships end-to-end, including onboarding, platform setup, and campaign management.
- Deliver weekly Meta ads performance reports highlighting winning/losing creators, concepts, and hooks.
What We're Looking For
- 3 - 5 years in marketing coordination or project management at a CPG or wellness brand.
- Proven record of managing creative pipelines and meeting aggressive deadlines.
- Hands-on experience with paid social, affiliate marketing, and TikTok Shop, including working with freelance creators.
- Basic analytics skills and familiarity with key paid social advertising metrics.
- Excellent written communication.
- Availability during USA working hours.
- A-player with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results under demanding timelines.

- Early-stage startup experience.
- Experience with Linear or similar agile product management tools and agile methodology.
