Manage regional marketing initiatives by coordinating tradeshows, webinars, and co-marketing efforts with channel partners. This role is responsible for end-to-end planning and execution, ensuring each event supports sales goals and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of marketing programs, from venue selection and vendor negotiations to speaker coordination, registration, and on-site logistics
- Set up and manage webinars, including technical setup, audience targeting, email outreach, and follow-up tracking
- Collaborate with technical marketing and communications teams to develop campaign assets and product messaging tailored to specific events and audiences
- Support channel marketing efforts by serving as the main contact for partner-related campaigns and co-branded initiatives
- Coordinate the production of sales materials, working with designers and translators to deliver finalized content for digital and print distribution
- Use marketing automation platforms to drive awareness, generate leads, and track engagement across campaigns
- Compile data, manage contact lists, and ensure accurate uploads across systems to support targeted outreach
- Monitor project timelines, confirm team deliverables, and reconcile budgets to ensure initiatives stay on track and within scope
- Report on campaign performance using defined metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
Qualifications
Candidates should have 2–3 years of experience in marketing or event coordination, with a strong record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Attention to detail, time management, and clear communication are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is preferred. The ideal candidate works well independently, asks thoughtful questions, and collaborates effectively across teams to deliver high-quality results.
