What You'll Do
Oversee the full lifecycle of marketing events for regional sales teams, including tradeshows, webinars, and joint campaigns with channel partners. Handle logistics such as venue coordination, speaker arrangements, registration, and on-site management to ensure smooth execution. Set up and manage digital components like email campaigns, list segmentation, and e-marketing platforms to support outreach and lead generation.
Collaborate with technical marketing and communications teams to develop campaign materials and product messaging tailored for events and sales enablement. Act as the main contact for channel marketing efforts, responding to internal and external inquiries about campaigns, content, and promotional activities. Gather input from stakeholders, coordinate translation and design resources, and distribute finalized assets through appropriate channels.
Track program performance using defined metrics, reconcile budgets, and ensure all project components are completed on schedule. Maintain accurate records within marketing systems and support the timely delivery of sales collateral critical to the sales process.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing or event-focused roles
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus
