As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you'll play a central role in advancing marketing initiatives across Europe. You'll coordinate regional and local campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule while maintaining alignment with compliance standards and organizational processes.
What You'll Do
You’ll lead marketing programs from planning to execution, working closely with product and marketing teams across regions. You’ll serve as the go-to expert for key internal platforms such as Veeva Vault, AdProm, and ShowPad, guiding teams on best practices and helping streamline workflows for greater efficiency and compliance.
This role involves building and organizing content structures for communication platforms to improve access and ownership within the marketing team. You’ll support the development of customer-facing materials, manage updates to digital properties, and assist with marketing events, including virtual congresses and digital outreach efforts. You’ll also contribute to financial planning rollouts and associated training initiatives.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Bring 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing communications, ideally within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare IT
- Demonstrate strong project management abilities and comfort managing complex, fast-moving priorities
- Communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing
- Show a results-focused mindset with a commitment to customer needs
- Work effectively in multicultural, cross-functional environments
- Thrive in a large, matrix-style organization where collaboration and adaptability are essential

Work Environment
