What You'll Do
Manage a steady flow of inbound and outbound leads, focusing on identifying qualified prospects and setting appointments for the sales team. You'll conduct high-volume cold calling, respond to incoming inquiries, and maintain consistent follow-up through phone and email communication.
Deliver accurate quotes and estimates, track lead progress, and ensure all prospect interactions are documented. Your efforts will directly support the efficiency of the sales pipeline and contribute to measurable growth.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in outbound sales or cold calling
- Proven track record in cold calling – this is essential
- Experience handling both inbound and outbound sales processes
- C1 or C2 level English proficiency – required
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
- Resilience in handling rejection and staying consistent under pressure
- Self-directed, disciplined, and committed to meeting performance goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in high-volume sales environments, such as insurance
- Prior exposure to quoting or estimating systems
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new sales processes

Full-time remote role open to candidates in LATAM. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm Eastern Time. Reliable internet and a quiet workspace are expected.
