What You'll Do
Lead business development efforts within a defined region by actively promoting and selling advanced therapy solutions to healthcare providers and key accounts. Focus on achieving sales goals through strategic planning, customer engagement, and market analysis.
Develop trusted relationships with clinicians, distributors, and decision-makers to understand clinical needs and align them with appropriate product offerings. Identify new opportunities and convert leads by assessing customer requirements and demonstrating value-driven solutions.
Design and execute market development initiatives tailored to local dynamics, adjusting strategies based on competitive intelligence and real-world feedback. Share insights from the field with internal teams including R&D, Marketing, and Operations to help shape future innovations and product improvements.
Educate stakeholders on product capabilities and clinical benefits, ensuring effective adoption and long-term utilization. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory shifts, and competitor activity to maintain a strong market position.
Requirements
- Hold a Baccalaureate degree or equivalent as defined by U.S. immigration regulations, plus at least four years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrate in-depth understanding of the therapy area, combining technical knowledge with practical sales and market development expertise.
- Possess foundational project management skills and the ability to operate independently with minimal oversight.
