About the Role

This role is responsible for creating and managing marketing communication initiatives that align with business objectives, ensuring consistent messaging and strong engagement across platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop integrated communication plans to support product launches and campaigns
  • Create compelling content for digital and print channels including websites, social media, and email
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all materials
  • Manage timelines and workflows for communication deliverables
  • Support internal stakeholders with messaging guidance and communication tools
  • Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain relevance
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed
  • Measure the effectiveness of communication efforts using performance metrics
  • Prepare presentations and reports for leadership review
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in all communication materials
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment between marketing, sales, and clinical teams
  • Draft press releases, bylined articles, and media statements
  • Support crisis communication planning when required
  • Maintain up-to-date content libraries and brand assets
  • Lead translation and localization processes for global materials
  • Organize and promote events with supporting communication plans
  • Develop messaging frameworks for new and existing products
  • Provide editorial oversight for third-party content
  • Support executive communication needs as requested
  • Stay current with communication technologies and platforms
