Rypples Ltd is hiring a Marketing & Communications Lead to own our communications end-to-end. You will shape and express company thinking, translate execution work into clear narratives, and build an audience by sharing our journey publicly, primarily through LinkedIn.
What You'll Do
- Shape and express company thinking and translate real execution work into clear, high-signal narratives.
- Own Rypples' communications end-to-end, with LinkedIn as the primary channel, turning core ideas into repeatable stories.
- Run a simple, consistent content cadence, sharing learnings about scaling ocean-positive companies.
- Develop a small number of recurring formats or series, potentially including a podcast.
- Work closely with portfolio founders and ecosystem partners to surface the right stories.
- Continuously refine tone and formats based on what resonates.
What We're Looking For
- 5–10 years of experience in marketing communications in environments like emerging VCs, startups, climate/ocean-focused organisations, or deep-tech businesses.
- Strong writer and editor who can clearly express complex, technical, or strategic ideas.
- Experience working closely with founders, operators, or investors, and comfortable shaping narratives in fast-moving, ambiguous settings.
- Have built and grown an audience before (LinkedIn, newsletter, podcast, or similar) and understand what it takes to do this consistently over time.
- Work autonomously, think from first principles, and are comfortable shipping, learning, and iterating.
