Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP) is looking for a Marketing Communication Specialist to join the ‘Identity, Advertising and Promotion’ team. You will be responsible for planning and implementing marketing and communication strategies to promote CDP's products and brand, managing advertising campaigns, market research, and brand management initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Plan and implement above and below the line marketing and communication activities to promote CDP's products, producing project documents and promotional content.
- Collaborate on the creation of advertising campaigns, following creative ideation, planning offline and online media investments, and monitoring results with quantitative analysis.
- Support the ideation and implementation of market research to monitor awareness, perception, and satisfaction of CDP and its offerings.
- Collaborate on managing brand management activities and enhancing the image of CDP and the Group with stakeholders, including managing creative guidelines and physical branding.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in economics or humanities with a specialization in marketing and/or communication.
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in corporate contexts, communication agencies, or media centers, ideally on financial sector projects.
- Knowledge of corporate marketing levers and experience implementing multichannel communication strategies, with a focus on digital channels.
- Experience implementing advertising campaigns across different media (print, digital, social, radio, out-of-home, TV, cinema), including production, on-air monitoring, and reporting.
- Copywriting skills to develop effective content consistent with brand tone for digital and print channels.
- Experience managing video production processes.
- Experience producing reports and presentations for management.
- Knowledge of the financial sector and ability to translate complex concepts into clear, customer-oriented communications.
- Aptitude for quantitative analysis tools and attention to data quality.
- Aptitude for collaboration within large working groups to manage complex projects, respecting deadlines and budgets.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Passion for trends in communication, advertising, multimedia language, photography, and video production.
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Adobe applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere) and/or other graphics and video editing tools.
- Fluent knowledge of the English language.
