About the Role

Marks is looking for an Intermediate Adaptive Designer to join our creative studio. You will provide creative solutions to fulfill client briefs, working under a Senior Designer to ensure all work is accurate, consistent, and within brand guidelines. This role is part of a collaborative global network of 1,900+ team members across 25+ studios and 20+ countries.

What You'll Do

  • Interpret concepts and brand guidelines through to final artwork execution.
  • Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely completion of high-quality artwork using industry-standard software, tools, and print techniques.
  • Learn and execute artwork for legal and regulatory compliance through training.
  • Maintain a positive and open dialogue with team members throughout the project life-cycle.
  • Prioritize workload, proactively seek answers to questions, and meet assigned deadlines.
  • Create strong and effective internal partnerships and collaborate with Marks/SGS.
  • Support agency business objectives appropriate to your role.
  • Perform other duties as needed to meet client needs.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in a design production role.
  • College or University diploma in graphics design.
  • Strong understanding of the print process.
  • Knowledgeable in multiple aspects of print production techniques.
  • Proficient using Mac OS, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Keynote).
  • Willingness and flexibility to accept direction.
  • Open to a flexible work schedule.

Nice to Have

  • Strong knowledge of packaging requirements such as dieline, rollovers, type height and weight, line thickness, and copy safety zones.
  • Knowledge of print processes, finishes, and separations.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, speed-to-market focused team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative and innovative thinking.
  • Compassion, honesty, and an ability to develop trust with the internal team and client.

You will be part of a collaborative global network and report to a Studio Manager and/or Senior Adaptive Designer.
