Cavco is looking for a Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator to join our marketing team in Elkhart, Indiana. In this role, you will design and produce marketing materials for multiple brands within the Cavco family, ensuring each maintains its distinct visual identity while supporting our shared mission of making homeownership attainable. You will collaborate with sales, builders, and marketing leadership to execute creative projects across print and digital channels.
What You'll Do
- Design and produce brochures, posters, banners, and digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Manage and update several company websites to maintain consistent content, imagery, and brand voice.
- Create and schedule posts for various company social media channels, including YouTube and Facebook.
- Collaborate with sales managers and builders to provide marketing support and promotional materials.
- Capture and edit photography and video content for use in marketing and online promotions.
- Travel occasionally to trade shows and events to assist with setup, booth presentation, and content creation.
- Develop and distribute email marketing campaigns through tools like Mailchimp.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners to coordinate marketing needs.
- Manage multiple projects across different brands and platforms in a fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong design sense and ability to create visually engaging marketing materials.
- Solid understanding of brand identity and how to maintain consistency across platforms.
- Experience with website content management systems and social media marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects at once.
- Proficient with Windows computers, email, and general office software.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Mailchimp or similar email platforms.
- Photography, videography, or 3D tour experience.
