IO Global is looking for a Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our team and focus on the Lace product. You will be responsible for the management and delivery of marketing campaigns that directly support our core business objective of acquiring new users.
What You'll Do
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital ads, content, social, events, etc.) to drive awareness, retention and new users.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and creative teams.
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all touchpoints.
- Manage campaign timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Create post-campaign reports and recommendations.
- Support the planning and delivery of broader marketing projects, such as website updates, go-to-market support, event and podcast planning, and marketing technology rollouts.
- Use project management tools (e.g., Jira) to track milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with broader IOG, product, technology, creative, and within the marketing team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned and effective.
- Manage vendors/agencies as needed.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with company goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on project coordination and campaign delivery.
- Proficiency in marketing and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to support effective teamwork.
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of how marketing campaigns are structured and delivered, contributing confidently to coordinated, multi-channel execution.
- Applies clear, methodical thinking to manage competing priorities and timelines, ensuring work progresses smoothly within established frameworks.
- Works effectively within cross-functional teams, showing openness to feedback and a proactive attitude in aligning with different stakeholders.
- Understands how day-to-day work connects to campaign goals and business objectives, applying context to enhance the value of contributions.
- Interprets data with a learning mindset, using insights to refine work and make incremental improvements over time.
- Maintains strong attention to detail and demonstrates care in upholding brand voice and visual identity across content and touchpoints.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities, showing willingness to learn and evolve with the team and industry landscape.
- Understands the role of digital channels, social media, and content assets in campaign ecosystems, and engages with these confidently and responsibly.
- Effectively uses common project and marketing tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, Slack, Miro, Google Docs) to contribute to workflow visibility and team coordination.
- Takes ownership of assigned work and follows through with reliability and professionalism, seeking support when needed and learning from feedback.
