Drive strategic impact as the Program Manager for Digital Go-to-Market, shaping how partner-facing products are launched and communicated across digital channels. You'll design and refine marketing strategies across email, banners, and in-platform messaging to ensure partners receive timely, relevant, and actionable insights aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine digital marketing strategies across multiple channels to support product launches and ongoing engagement
- Partner with product teams and channel leads to define optimal go-to-market approaches and ensure consistent execution
- Use data and feedback to identify new opportunities and improve existing processes
- Configure and manage product setups to deliver personalized, high-value guidance to partners
- Act as a trusted advocate for partners by integrating their needs and feedback into internal planning
- Deliver clear, actionable portfolio performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis
- Lead portfolio review sessions with leadership, highlighting key trends, risks, and decisions needed
- Own end-to-end portfolio management, including tracking progress, flagging issues, and ensuring timely delivery
What You Bring
You have a strong analytical background and proven experience managing complex initiatives in digital environments. Your ability to translate business goals into execution plans is matched by your skill in aligning cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related analytical field
- At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in eCommerce or multi-channel platforms
- Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing, with hands-on campaign coordination across channels
- Proven track record in portfolio management and delivering results across parallel initiatives
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and executive audiences
- Skilled in organizing workflows, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to shifting priorities
- Experience interpreting technical concepts for business stakeholders and guiding best practices
- A collaborative mindset with flexibility and a focus on shared goals
