What You'll Do
Carry out the approved annual marketing strategy by organizing and overseeing planned activities that drive foot traffic and support retail performance. Implement brand events to activate common areas, ensuring alignment with the center’s commercial objectives.
Manage end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives, including coordinating external vendors such as communications agencies, event producers, and PR firms. Oversee contract logistics, monitor payment schedules, and ensure timely deployment of campaigns on-site.
Track marketing expenditures against budget, identify variances, and report on financial performance. Monitor key performance indicators including visitor numbers, customer satisfaction (NPS), sales trends, digital engagement, and campaign impact.
Collaborate with internal departments and retail operators to align marketing efforts and amplify reach. Support sustainability and CSR activities as defined in the annual plan, ensuring consistent implementation.
Coordinate local partnerships and co-branded initiatives, verifying execution quality and tracking revenue generated from brand event spaces. Assist in resolving operational issues and follow up on outstanding payments before escalation.
Requirements
Background in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, Communications, or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and presentation purposes.
Proven experience in event coordination, operational marketing, and brand activations. Familiarity with budget tracking and vendor management processes. Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.
Effective communication abilities and a collaborative mindset to work across teams and external partners. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
One to three years of experience in operational marketing, brand events, or communications, ideally within retail, shopping centers, tourism, or marketing agencies. Prior work coordinating with internal teams and third-party suppliers is an advantage.
Work Environment
This is a temporary, on-site position based in Algeciras. All activities are conducted locally with no remote flexibility.
