Modera Wealth Management is hiring a Marketing Associate to execute digital campaigns, manage social media channels, and create advisor-focused content like presentations and case studies. In this role, you will directly support advisor marketing and lead generation projects.
What You'll Do
- Execute key marketing initiatives and projects aligned with departmental objectives.
- Provide marketing support to advisor marketing and lead generation projects, including educational seminars and client events.
- Develop and execute project plans in Asana to track work in process and support business goals.
- Ensure marketing projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Work with the marketing team to gather and analyze performance data for marketing content and campaigns.
- Collaborate effectively within the marketing team and cross-functionally with other departments.
- Stay current on advisory marketing principles, practices, and techniques through discussion and training.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum bachelor’s degree.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A highly professional team player who works well with all levels and across departments.
- Must be organized, meticulous, dependable, adaptable, detailed, service-oriented, and able to multitask.
- A personable, warm, and engaging demeanor that supports a team environment.
- Ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
- Experience in digital and social media marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta, LinkedIn) and project management (Asana).
Nice to Have
- Experience in a registered investment advisory environment.
