Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day operational, logistical, and administrative needs of the marketing and communications team.
- Design and oversee digital advertising initiatives on search engines and social platforms, prioritizing lead generation through inbound marketing and nurturing strategies.
- Lead the creation and implementation of a full-cycle lead generation plan, covering lead capture, qualification, organization, and distribution via events, digital channels, and CRM systems to boost sales.
- Provide coordination for internal client requests related to marketing initiatives, events, sponsorships, and associated activities.
- Create, manage, and deliver high-quality leads to sales teams using CRM tools, campaign data, events, and digital outreach.
- Develop marketing communication assets as required by business units.
- Support the preparation of performance monitoring reports for team initiatives.
- Manage project administration tasks such as scheduling, meeting notes, internal announcements, checklists, and follow-ups for the division.
- Work with cross-functional teams on designated marketing, communications, or corporate projects.
- Coordinate translation efforts with internal stakeholders.
- Conduct ongoing research to identify and recommend new social media tactics.
- Help produce multimedia content including videos and infographics when necessary.
- Prepare weekly email campaigns, including audience segmentation and post-campaign performance evaluation.
- Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to assess data and generate performance summaries.
- Offer actionable suggestions for campaign improvements after execution.
- Support social media efforts by publishing content aligned with strategy and routing leads to relevant departments.
- Analyze strategy effectiveness and deliver monthly performance outcomes relative to goals and return on investment.
- Help draft internal communications such as newsletters and company announcements.
- Maintain intranet content weekly and coordinate internal events for publication.
- Support marketing operations including vendor management, budget tracking, and brand perception monitoring during campaign rollouts.
- Keep CRM systems (Salesforce) updated and strengthen brand reputation through customer satisfaction initiatives and timely lead status tracking.
- Adhere to Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Energy (QHSEE) policies and supporting objectives.
- Actively follow QHSEE standards by participating in meetings and training, intervening in unsafe conditions, declining unsafe work, and complying with all applicable regulations.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies and support team readiness for workplace incidents.
- Ensure proper and compliant disposal of waste in line with SGS Environmental Management System and regulatory requirements.
QHSEE Responsibilities

- Demonstrate commitment to QHSEE standards by participating in meetings, projects, and training; intervene in unsafe situations; refuse unsafe work; and follow all applicable laws and regulations.
