Consensys is hiring a Marketing Analytics Manager to improve decision velocity for the Marketing organization with actionable, data-driven insights and recommendations. You will partner with Marketing, Product, and Data Platform teams to measure marketing performance and inform go-to-market strategies aimed at attracting the next billion users to web3.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Marketing leadership to define and measure success on high-impact growth initiatives for MetaMask and Linea.
- Coach, mentor, and manage 1-2 direct reports.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports and presentations for senior leadership, including the CMO, using data visualization and storytelling.
- Work across the Marketing stack to provide information for optimizing campaigns.
- Accelerate execution against the attribution and marketing performance measurement roadmap.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve return on marketing investments and provide actionable recommendations.
- Design and implement process and tooling improvements, leveraging LLMs and agentic frameworks, to improve collaboration and productivity.
What We're Looking For
- Intrinsically motivated, intellectually curious, and aligned with Consensys mission and values.
- Demonstrable interest in Web3 and previous exposure to on-chain data.
- Mastery of both SQL and Python; prior experience working in dbt.
- Conversant in attribution, customer segmentation, marketing mix modeling, A/B testing, and other core marketing analytics concepts.
- Compelling storyteller and effective communicator, both written and verbal.
- Adept at using data visualizations to convey information.
- Proven success working on cross-functional teams and managing concurrent projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable navigating both complexity and ambiguity, working autonomously to maximize impact.
- A player-coach who leads by example and contributes directly to supporting stakeholders.

Team & Environment
You will manage 1-2 direct reports as part of the Data & Analytics team within the Office of the COO. The role involves partnering with Marketing leadership and senior leadership, including the Chief Marketing Officer.
